Official Statement from the Ephesus Seventh Day Adventist Church

Psalms 143:1 – Lord hear my prayer listen to my cry for mercy, in your faithfulness, and righteousness come to my relief.
The Ephesus SDA church will like to extend their heart felt, sympathies to the families of the Harlem building explosion and collapse.
Both Dr. Blue and Pastor George have acknowledged that in this time of sadness and grief, it’s important that we turn to Jesus Christ for salvation and hope.  Dr. Blue has also expressed his concern regarding the occurrence, which is “not only the loss of life but the displacement of the families that is paramount in the process being restorative and rebuilding”.
In addition there is a region that is currently gripped with fear, anxiety and uncertainty. As authorities continues to search for the Malaysian passenger jet with 239 people on board, we pray for answers and “deliverance” within the global communities.
We invite all who is affiliated with our congregation to pray and get involved in the healing process in the wake of these two untimely horrendous events.  Our weekly services are on Saturday 11:00am and Wednesday nights at 7:30pm, we would love to worship with and pray with you.
