The Ephesus Gate Project

 
Ephesus Seventh-Day Adventist Church presents the first installment of The Ephesus Gate Project campaign featuring Adventists Against AIDS in Africa (A4) - The Harlem AIDS Initiative.

 

The Ephesus Gate Project will bring awareness to several health and education issues facing the Harlem community.  The Harlem AIDS Initiative feature red ribbons representing Harlem HIV/AIDS statistics and white ribbon testimonies of those impacted by the disease.  To place a white ribbon testimony on the gate, submit HERE.  These ribbons will be on display at the church gated entrance along with additional local and national statistics. Other community programs that will be addressed in upcoming months will include: Cancer, Education, Gang Violence and Obesity/Diabetes.

 

In partnership with Adventist Against AIDS in Africa (A4), co-founder and Senior Pastor of Ephesus SDA Church, Dr. Dedrick Blue, hopes to not only bring awareness to the Harlem community but a “prayer event for those living with the disease.” Dr. Blue was recently honored by the Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement (HCCI) for his work in AIDS/HIV awareness abroad.
